Terms of Use

Investicated is an independent, automated analysis and research tool. It estimates fair value from public financial data with a transparent model, and organizes supporting information so you can conduct your own research.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Nothing in the app is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, a personal recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security. The app does not manage money, execute orders or act as a broker.

Using Investicated creates no advisory, fiduciary or agency relationship. Every investment decision and its consequences are yours alone. See the Risk Disclosure for the limits of the analysis.

You may use the analysis for your own personal research. You may not resell, redistribute, republish or systematically extract the output, use it to build a competing dataset, or present it as advice to third parties.

Automated scraping, bulk downloading, or any use that degrades the service for other users is not permitted.

Market and fundamental data come from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. Model outputs are estimates and can be materially wrong. You should verify anything important against primary sources before acting on it.

Paid plans, their features and their prices are shown in the app before you subscribe. Payments are processed by our payment provider, and your plan renews according to the billing period you chose until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from the billing screen; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. Where prepaid annual access applies, it is granted for the stated term and does not renew unless you subscribe again.

Analyses you save, watchlists and portfolio records belong to you and stay private to your account. You can delete saved data at any time; account deletion can be requested through the contact page.

When you publish a shared link to an analysis, that snapshot becomes viewable by anyone holding the link.

The service is provided as is and as available. Features, data sources and model assumptions may change or be discontinued, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

We may update these terms. When we do, the date above changes, and continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Investicated is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, capital or data, arising from your use of the app or from reliance on anything it produces.
